Fixen to do it
It took a couple of weeks from when I completed their on line seminar. I live about 3 hours away, they tried to combine appointments - so I dont see anyone for the first time until mid Dec. They did alot of the up front info on insurance before they even contacted me - hang in there - it will happen soon! You dont see the surgeon until you see the psych, nutrition, pt, etc - once they all give the thumbs up - then you see the doc. Atleast thats how I take it. I need to have a sleep study done aswell - so I am working on that with my pcp while I wait for Dec. I am sure Dr Patterson is worth the wait!

Hi momcando, Congrats on making this decision. It has been a great one for me!!! I love Dr. Patterson and the entire program they have there at Legacy. They may take awhile to see but if you live close by and can spread the appointments out it may be easier. I live several hours away and had to stay overnight in a hotel to get all my appt. done in 2 days. Then insurance required a 5% weight loss and Patterson wouldn't do surgical consult until then. But after that they put my preauth into ins. and I was in surgery 6 weeks later. GOOD LUCK!!!
