Happy Day To Me!!

Today is my one year surgerversary.  I am so excited...this is way better than a birthday.  I am excited about the changes I have made in my life and I am excited about the future.  Everything has been such a learning experience as you all know.  I am looking forward to keeping up with being more active and healthy!  What a wonderful day, what a beautiful day!  Thank you all for your support along my journey.  Have a fabulous weekend!

 Congratulations Kristy!  We have the same anniversary, but yesterday was my second one.  Life is so much better as a smaller person.  I am so much more comfortable and handling the heat of summer much better than I did before.  I'm happy for you.
