One year Anniversary
Hi everyone,
Today, I am One year post op RNY. I have lost 110 lbs. and am under goal but feel I could lose more. I feel great, I have tons and tons of energy...I am alive and living from 5am to about 10pm every night and sleeping well.
I am down from a size 24 to a size 4/6. I am always on the go rather than being secluded in my home.
Other than 3 minor problems, this year went by smoothly. Those 3 minor problems were due to me going crazy off my diet due to stress. Totally my fault but I have learned and know I will not do that again.
WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO I am almost 42 and i am more than just alive, I am LIVING!!!!!
