What can you do if you are told that your insurance discludes weightloss surgeries?
Blue cross and blueshield of oregon discludes weightloss surgies automatically and that the companies have to include it.   But they rarely do because it costs so much to add it...

Honestly dont know what to do

I think it means that you either need to find another job where the insurance includes weight loss surgery or figure out a way to become self pay. I hate to sound harsh,  but that is the reality of it.

I was fortunate to have coverage for the surgery. But two months after my surgery, my insurance changed and it no longer covered anything to do with weight loss.  So all my aftercare care has been self pay.......totally bummed about it, but there was absolutely nothing I could do about it!  And believe me, I tried.......
