please help me

hi  i need some help...ima 50 yr old man..living alone... new to eugene and i need a new pcp...im obese and losing my mobility..and i have no idea who to call or talk to...im on medicare and living in a small studio apt..

   if anyone out there could please talk with me and give some guidance youd more then likely be helping me to save my own life...this is no joke and im very serious...if you are a person who is caring ..all i ask is for some help...just a few minutes of your time....

   i need info about a doctor who will accept me here in eugene and then about a surgeon for wls after that...someone who doesnt mind sharing thier knowledge about the eugene area and what i might be able to do....

   any help from someone here in eugene would be so appreciated...

 Hi there!  I'm not sure about doctors in town who accept medicare.  I have Dr. Steven Butt at Oregon Medical Group, and I like him very much.  You could try calling there.  As for help and support, we are having our OH Support Group meeting at the Market of Choice on Wednesday evening.  You are more than welcome to join us there.  29th and Willamette Streets, upstairs (there's an elevator too) from the coffee bar.  6-7:30 p.m.  Lots of information and friendship to be had there.  Please join us.
