McMinnville support group meeting

We will be kicking fall off with a support group meeting on Oct 2nd, this Thursday at 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.  If you are in the area come join us at the Willamette Valley Medical Center (hospital).  We meet in the room closest to the cafeteria.

Will you be having another Lap Band Support Group Meeting, same location ?

If so when?  I've been banded since 10/8  and as of today total pds. lost  19

Wow, you are doing GREAT!!! 19 lbs since the 8th!

The support group is for ALL types of weight loss surgery and for people in all phases of the process from those who are thinking about surgery to those who are much further out.  I'm nearly 4 years out from RNY and have lost 172 lbs.

I'm in the process of becoming certified as a group leader with OH.  Our next meeting will be at 6:00 on the 6th of November.  We look forward to meeting you!
