just a update almost one year out

ill be updateing my profile im now down 275 pounds i  feel great and after the tummy tuck ill be down more as im wearing a mens size 36 when a year ago i was in gulp size 58- 60

any way 11 months out wow   keep the faith and workout hard  just move youll see yourself transform
