major milestone

I haven't posted in a while, but this morning I had a great surprise that I would like to share.  I had surgery June 2007 and have been stalled at right around 200 lbs for about 4 months.

This morning fully clothed and weighing as you would at the doctors office I was 199.2 lbs.  I've really looked forward to being under 200 lbs for a long time.

I'm feeling great and looking slim.
