My day is almost here!!!!

I can't believe it!  It is only 4 more days until the day!  I am very excited yet so nervous.  I have been on a liquid diet for 4 days and that has gone well.  I thought I would have a way harder time but I have surprised myself.  I have to go weigh in one more time on Friday and then on Monday morning at 10:00 I will be in surgery!!!   YEAA!!!!

Luckily I didn't have to go thru with a liquid diet prior to my surgery.  However, I did lose weight by ramping up my protein intake and cutting down on simple carbs.  I was surprised and pleased with myself that I had lost that much weight!

I had to be weighed in the pre-op unit at the hospital before going to surgery.  That way, the A-team could determine the proper administration of anesthesia.

I am so excited for you and can't wait until it is all done and you are on the "other side of the fence". What time do you have to be at the hospital?
