Just returned fro Oregon Weight Loss Surgery where I met with Dr. Halpin. She cleared me for surgery. Waiting for insurance approval, which they think will be in 4 to 6 weeks, or less. YEA!

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010. Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

I just had my surgery on 7/1 and I am doing great. Keep posting on this site and reading everyone's posts. It will help the time pass as you wait. Learn everthing you can about what your part is and be about doing it. The surgery will go much better if you are prepared. I am so glad you are ready for next step. Will keep you in my thoughts. PS I have dropped 10 lbs since surgery. YEAH!
