Pre-Op Class

Well, this friday is the Pre-op class for my lap-band surgery. I have to get my labs done, ekg and then the class at 2:00pm. I am getting pretty nervous now that my surgery date is so close. I can't help but feel if I am doing the right thing, I know I am, it's the pre-surgery jitters. Please keep me in your prayers. Sheryl

Sheryl, I will definitely keep you in my prayers. I was sooooo there a few months ago and I am so glad everything moved as fast as it did so I didn't have time to have any second thoughts... I was very nervous as well. I will come check up on you as it gets closer and looking forward to the wonderful updates post-op. Best wishes to you! Merit

It is very exciting Sheryl!  What's your surgery date?  I hope all goes well.  Take good notes or keep the handouts they give you at the class.  Especially when recovering from anesthesia, etc., you will find you need to refer to your notes to remember what you're supposed to do! Linda

Linda, my surgery will be on July 9th. I just don't know what time yet, and it will be a Legacy Good Samaritan in Portland. Thanks for the suggestions
