Anyone who has BCBS (PEBB) look into insurance coverage for ps?

This is to the others who have BCBS insurance through PEBB...have you tired to get the insurance to cover any type of plastic surgery?  If so, what problems did you have and were you approved or not?  Just wondering on this because I had my WLS back in 2006 and that was the first year they actually covered WLS...so didn't know if they may have gone with the times and cover some type of plastic surgery for the extra skin.
