6 week pics
Julia, yes my eyes will be done tomorrow! Thank you for your prayers and good wishes! I would like all that I can get. I have to be there tomorrow at 10:45 in Eugene, my sister will be taking me as she wanted too and Addison is not into waiting. The surgery should only take about an hour and then I will be on my way home, hopefully. I will take before and after pictures and will try to post them.

Wow! Thanks Julia! It helps to have people share their pictures and experience. I was looking at the picture of your face and thought how pretty you are. It took me re-reading to get that you had your eyes done - I have DUH!! moments every day I swear! You are pretty for lots of reasons, but I guess I'm trying to say that your surgery had the hoped for effect when I looked at you! You've inspired me - when it's my turn to get my apron of junk cut off, I'm getting my eyes done too!! I have never been to a plastic surgeon before - I would want to ask them "what are you thinking you would love to add when your doing the panni". I will have to control myself or I will be asking if they can do all kinds of things. My husband had a mole removed and the dermatologist left a really big skin tag about three inches away. I can't imagine why neither of them thought to zap that off while they were at it!
Boy you have to have a lot of faith right after surgery! You know it's swelling and post-op stuff, but it's amazing how different it looks a few weeks later. Have fun buying bathing suits this summer. I have to buy one to go on vacation soon. They might as well meet me at the fitting room with some kind of sedative. They would make so much more money if they put ****tail lighting in there!
Patty
Hi Patty, Yes I decided to do the eyes so I could be black and blue while off work with the TT. The eyes show and the tummy was something I hated and don't miss at all. Still itches though. I hope to have BL and reduction next year. I could have had that with the TT but I wanted to limit the time under anesthesia and the eyes are right out there for all to see. Some people could pay good money to have my boobs (size--not the tube sock look) and go figure---I want to reduce them!! Julia
Julia, you must be so excited to see the difference in your eyes! You look wonderful! How about that tummy, too! My goodness - how awesome. I also want to thank you for the photo's....it's so helpful to see the process after surgery. Now I would like to know what you based the surgery on - was there a specific reason you chose those two surgeries? I'm curious. I'm still going through some "identity crisis" as the weight decreases. I have struggles with this "new look" - and looking in the mirror is really hard for me. Did you go through that when you started losing weight - or how about now that you had the surgery done! I would love to know your thought process too! Never the less, daaaaling, you look mahhhhvelous! ha ha! you really do!
Gayla---where have you been? Did you sell you house and go out on the road with the motor home? You look fantastic and I know you feel so good. Good to hear from you. Image is so hard to figure. I know I have lost a lot of weight and look so much better but when people call me tiny---I don't get it. I am at a week long orientation at a new position with my company and have met several people who do not know me or know that I have lost a lot of weight, and they have said, "you are so tiny" and I have a very puzzled look, almost a frown because I don't think that. Then I have to explain to them as the look on my face is something they do not understand. "TINY" is just not something I have ever heard before. Anyway I am trying to adjust to being told that!!!
