Still Waiting

Hi, everyone! It's been awhile since I have posted. In my previous post I told you that Dr. Patterson thinks I may be too high of a risk for WLS now, mainly because of the type of cancer that I have had. My oncologist wrote her a letter outlining my cancer type and care along with a alot of support for me to have surgery, she even said that having this surgery would lessen my chances of having anymore cancer pop up. As of this writing I have not heard a peep. I have called and they said that they are still receiving information about me, and I asked when the team will review my case, and they said that they are not sure. Is this looking like i I won't get the surgery? Hmm, I wonder. I will be calling them this week and see what they say. So I will let all of you know either way. Sheryl
