I am so sad, mad frustrated!!!

I just found out that the ohp plan that i am on (ohp standard) does not cover the surgery.  Ohp Plus covers it but in order to get ohp plus you need to be get this Pregnant!!!  Or blind or a few other things.  I guess my only chance is getting Soc Sec.  which I think we all know is a long process to get approved.  I submitted my claim about 6 weeks ago.  I have heard that they deny you the first time.  I applied for S.S. because i have some sort of chrones, colites, or IBS. or something.  In my medical records it says chrones but I dont really have it.  I just have a sensitive stomach that causes lots of problems at times.  I also have zero left knee.  I cannot stand or sit for any length of time.  I also have endometriosis and fibromyalsia.  I know I am in for a fight but hopefully I can win.  I think in the long run it will probably be better because Medicare pays for the DS.  ohp does not..  I also do know that Surgery is not recommended for Chrones patients.  I am not sure why my bowels act the way that they do sometimes but I think it is IBS and Colites.  I am just getting desperate.  I know that this is what I want and need but I have been running into brick walls for years now and at times I want to give up hope.  I cant afford self pay.  I guess I need encouragement.
