WOW!!!! It's happening girl!! The real dramatic results are coming just in time for summer. My only suggestion for the exercise is swimming laps. I continue to HATE formal exercise, but during the second half of that first year I did give it my best and got into a routine of three times a week and I do think it helped with the progress. With my knee it was also my only option. Your doing great!
