Okay...here it goes          I confess to eating 2 small cinnamon rolls...darn they were yummy!!! That was breakfast.     Lunch- 4oz sirloin and chedder cheese slices    Dinner- taco salad with beans, beef, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, a little ranch and NO shell. Numbers were actually pretty good considering my start!!! PROTEIN-89     CARBS-74        CALORIES-1419 HOPE YOUR DAY WAS GOOD!!!

BRANDI!!!!! I'm confessing to myself here!!!LOL        Well, here goes...Breakfast-2 eggs, half an orange and half a multi grain bagel       Lunch-Chicken sandwich from McD's(this one killed me)       Supper-Sirloin steak and green peas.         Protein-114     Carbs-95 (under 100)      Calories-1490 (little high) Try again tomorrow... Great on the Protein!!!!  My day 5 ended yesterday and I am down 5lbs.  :)  I have done good today, three ground beef burritos with the crappy (low carb) tortillas, all my fluid, a S/F pudding and one slimfast.  So, what was that site again, that gives you all your calories? Is it free? Does it tell you carbs, protein, too??? Brandi

www.fitday.com     Yes, it is free!!! and very user friendly...has to be for ME to use it!!! You can even put in "custom" foods...things that you eat all the time....like your slimfast. Gives you Protein, carbs and fat...you can even punch in exercise and see what you've done as far as calorie burn...it's not perfect but it gives you a good idea...I really like it.     AWESOME LOSS!!! btw I'll check in tomorrow...how 'bout you???                                                                        Deanna

Yesterday rocked, although I haven't seen the scale move since Monday.  I did really good on protein and carb intake and I have signed up for fitday and will eventually start posting my info to the world.  :)  I am pretty proud of myself.  How did you do yesterday?  Brandi

Six pounds down and holding steady, I am going to start back at my gym soon (I have a shin splint from my last workout), and that should give me a little jump start.  How are you doing, Deanna? Brandi
