Okay...here it goes
I confess to eating 2 small cinnamon rolls...darn they were yummy!!!
That was breakfast. Lunch- 4oz sirloin and chedder cheese slices Dinner- taco salad with beans, beef, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, a little ranch and NO shell.
Numbers were actually pretty good considering my start!!!

Great on the Protein!!!! My day 5 ended yesterday and I am down 5lbs. :) I have done good today, three ground beef burritos with the crappy (low carb) tortillas, all my fluid, a S/F pudding and one slimfast. So, what was that site again, that gives you all your calories? Is it free? Does it tell you carbs, protein, too???

www.fitday.com Yes, it is free!!! and very user friendly...has to be for ME to use it!!! You can even put in "custom" foods...things that you eat all the time....like your slimfast. Gives you Protein, carbs and fat...you can even punch in exercise and see what you've done as far as calorie burn...it's not perfect but it gives you a good idea...I really like it. AWESOME LOSS!!! btw
