Well, here I goooooooooo

Well, my pre-op is tomorrow and then my surgery is on Tuesday. I am cleaning and disinfecting my home so I can come home and not have to do it....I am shutting the comp down to focus on getting things done around here, getting packed, and making my honey-do list.... I hate to ask...okay...i'm begging for those prayers....I am so excited and nervous all at once. I WILL be home on Thursday to let you all know that you are stuck with me through my recovery and journey to the ever so awesome "Loser's Bench"  I appreciate all of you and your words of caring, loving thoughts, experience, and wisdom. God walk with us all! Aloha

My prayers are with you.  I've heard great things about your surgeon, so it's good to know you are in competent hands.  We'll move over a notch on the bench! Linda

Island Girl, I will miss seeing you before surgery.  I am in San Diego recovering from some plastic surgery. I will be praying for all of you this week. Also know that your surgeon prays before each surgery as well.  You are in skilled and prayerful hands. Love to you all. Robin

ok, i lied! I didn't shut down because I wanted to come home (here) and read more. I am so happy that I did. Thanks to everyone for their amazing love and support. See you in a few skinny days!

Good luck on the beginning of your journey.  Cleaning everything was a good thing for me to do also.  It makes it nice to come home - makes you feel better about relaxing and healing.   We will be thinking of you. Patty

We share a surgeon! 3/31/08 He is absolutely amazing. I think everyone in his office has been wonderful. If you haven't met Robin yet, she is so positive. She shared her before pictures with me and I cant believe its the same woman, she is so much younger looking. Interesting how extra weight really makes us look older. I hope to look that great. So far so good! I did the same thing with my house and work. I will be thinking of you! You are in wonderful hands. God bless!
