Day 3 check in

See day two check in, at the bottom, LOL!  And you thought I would post the info here!  My goodness I am tired!!!!!!!!!!  When this pouch test is over I am going to try really hard to keep at it!!! I have joined a gym, but haven't been in two weeks b/c I have a shin splint-whatever that is!!   Brandi

Okay...here goes. Breakfast--scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and cheese is small tortilla Lunch-- split steak fingers,tomatoes and chips and salsa with the kiddos...what was I thinking??? Just out runnin'and thats what we had.... Supper--REDEMPTION....fabulous grilled pork chop and green beans. Snacks--ALMONDS..yeah me!!! no pretzels!!! CONFESSION: I had 5-6 hershey's kisses...DAMN the CHOCOLATE BEAST!!! What Gym are you a member of??? I go to 24hr fitness...was a personal trainer and water ex instructor in Ks for 4 yrs before we moved....tired of going by myself!!! WE are doing good!!! BIG HUGS and check in tomorrow!!!
