Swelling is going down from my TT and I have been losing weight this week at 1+ pounds per day and today I am FINALLY at a normal BMI. Never thought I would get here. Julia

Congratulations, Julia! That is great news. I am so happy for you. I cannot wait til I'm there too. This week, I started the 5-day pouch test and boy is that a great way to get back on track. I had started eating garbage again and in 2 days, I've already lost 3 pounds. In case anyone else wants to try it, here is a link . Loris, I just looked in the mirror everyday and knew I needed to get rid of that abd. flap. I will never have a really flat stomach but so much better now. You could do it too. Julia

Congratulations, Julia!

I saw your pics and you looked swollen and bruised. You even mentioned that you had that red mark removed from below your eye. You will look much better in the long run! Keep up the excellent work!
