I got my surgery DATE!!

Yeah Whoooooooooo Hooooooooooooooooo I received my surgery date today.  Surgery is July 1.  I have appointments in June and then surgery on 1st.  It has been a long wait.  My surgeon is Dr. O'Rourke.  I am sooooooo excited.  Can you tell.  My husband is at sea headed to Honolulu and I can't even tell him.  Waaaaaa Waaaaa.  But I can tell all of you.  Now I have all the hard work to do get thru the next few weeks.  Thanks for listening.  Linda

My husband left Sunday for work on the Tug boat.  He will arive in Honolulu around the 15 of May.  He will be back on this side of the world early June.  Hopefull in time to go to the Pre op class with me.  Heather suggested I bring him along.  I have a full time job that keeps me pretty busy then I am a member of Kiwanis and that also keeps me busy.  I have plenty to work on to get ready for the surgery.  I will spend most of June 2 at OHSU for all the pre op instruction and I am sure they will give me plenty to do to get ready for surgery date.  I am so grateful for all of your post.  It helps to keep me centered.  Your encouragement is so helpful.  If you all can do this so can I.  Thanks Linda
