REMINDER - Eugene/Springfield Support Meeting April 30

I'll be out of town for a couple of weeks, but wanted to remind you all that there will be another area support group meeting on Wednesday, April 30th, from 6-7 at the Market of Choice, 29th and Willamette Streets in Eugene.  We have the room from 5:30 - 8:00 for any extra visiting, or if you want to get something from the Deli for dinner.  One of the things we will be talking about on the 30th is how to read a nutrition label, since many expressed an interest in that last time.
