STILL no clue on vitamins!
Hi there. I noticed that you and I had the same surgeon. I'll tell you what Dr. Jan has me taking daily, but you should still try to get someone from his office to give you his list for you.
Centrum silver chewables/ 2 per day
B-12, under the tongue/ 1 per day
B-complex/ 1 per day
Calcium Citrate (I take Citracal petites)/ 2 in the am and 2 in the pm
Niferex Gold (presciption iron supplement w/stool softener)/ 1 per day
Omega3 fish oil capsule (suggested but not mandatory) 1 per day
Hope this helps.

Freddies (probably elsewhere, too) carries a product called ALL ONE. This was prescribed for me after surgery to help heal.
It is made for those with malabsorption issues.
I take it in a small amount (the smaller, the better) of juice and just gulp it down in one or two swallows.
Has everything you need.

I had the Roux en Y nine years ago. I take two bariatric multi vitamins from Building Blocks per day. I also take Citrical 1600mg per day and B12 twice a week sublingual. In addition I take 2 flax seed oil cap per day and 1,000mg Vitamin C and 200mcg of Selenium. If I was still having periods I would take iron replacement. I hope this helps. Robin
