Exceeded weight loss goal

Hi everyone! After my wake up call from the insurance office I went and weighed in at Dallas Hospital on the scale that I have been using. Wow! I lost another 5 lbs. I am five pounds below the required weight. I have a letter from the head nurse at Dallas Hospital and then my doctor office will be doing a letter too. I sure hope that helps . Also, can someone tell me how to add my ticker factory thing to my posts. Sheryl
