Help finding a provider

Does anyone know of a primary provider that is good at helping you fight with the insurance co to qualify?

Dr. Patterson's office can help you.  Why would you need a primary care doc to do the fighting?  What are you facing as your issues?  I mean you'll still need to provide proof of five years or so of being overweight, for example, and that's something that really can't be fought. As far as finding a supportive primary care doc, you could also talk with the staff at Legacy and see if they have any doctors in your area that have seen their patients.

I agree with Lori - your WLS surgeon will help do the fighting.  You just need to have a PCP who will recommend the surgery to your surgeon. Linda
