OT: Anyone stayed at this place in Seaside before?
My family and I used to stay at the Tides for a week or two every year to celebrate the end of the school year. My dad would work out of the local office and "come home from work" the same way he did at home. Plus, we also stayed there at other times of the year, mostly when the weather in the valley got too hot. I always hated to leave when it was time to go home. I haven't been there for many years, but it was a nice and clean place to be and the people were very welcoming and friendly.

We stayed in 126 last June. It was nice, and it's right by the heated pool. The room was clean and there was even a fire log in the fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, dishes and pots & pans.
Make sure you call about the rates though. We were suprised when they charged us for each additional person past 4 people (we had 6 total). Even though we put the info (2 adults, 4 kids) in their website reservation form, we were charged additional money when we checked in. Felt like they pulled a fast one on us when that happened, since it was not listed anywhere on their website (and still isn't -- even though I told them they needed to update their website to make that clear).
