i am doing well not takeing anything for granted
i walk a ton move a bunch follow almost all dietary rules and watch calories
125 pounds or more should come off easy 185 is target at 6 feet 5
then if the 10 15 pound gain that comes with this ill be healthy and happy
their are things that get better as i loose weight"they never tell you people have the varility of a 18 year old,
i used too not care for sex"no real desire but now im like a volcano "oh my poor libido" this is why babies happen LOL
