great tasting protein drink
I have tried MANY protien shakes and have found a shake that is great tasting, not chalky or aspertane tasting and I would like to share with you all.
Triple Whey Protein Shake
cal- 130
fat-1g
Protein-*26g
Potassium 150mg
carbs- 6g
I mix it with 1c of 2% milk and total cal are 260 with 34g of protein. I drink the chocolate flavor that tastes just like choc. milk.
The only place you can find it is a Max Muscle stores, costs $60 for a 5lb jar, but lasts a long time and is worth it
If you dont have a Max Muscle store near you, it may be online ??
