he coolest thing happened the other night i came to our basket ball game the other night ive lost so much weight im in good pysical condition but i haven't been back to school since my surgery well only a couple of our varsity players noticed that i was their they came over and told me that they almost didn't notice me ive lost over 115 pounds in 2 and half months no lie i also finally after twelve years shaved my goatee and now sport a soul patch it actually looks great but what was cool was the entire student section cheered "coach obryan", "coach obryan" i almost cried and of course was a little embarrassed but in the same vain it pumped me up. as i go on my 10 mile jogs the last two days i think to myself im encouraging someone right now to take a chance to finish what you start follow your dreams and goals

Do you use the Nike Plus sensor in you Ipod?  I have one and love it.  If you don't let me know and I will tell you all about it.

I'm so happy for you!  It's so great that your kids can share and be inspired by you.  I always am thinking of the people who are still trying to get surgery and have hopes that they too can be on the losing side with us some day.  Congratulations - and great work doing all the running.  It will be a big key to your continued success.
