OMG the hair loss!
thank you all so much for the feedback- I KNOW i am not getting enough protein- it sucks- and it is hard to get in- I try to eat my protein first- then veggies- etc- I AM also picking up some guilty bad habbits- I drink a latte every day- the nutrinalist said it was fine because a 12 oz latte is 8 oz of milk- and sugar free syrup- so I am not sure if it such a bad habbit!!! LOL

the only advise I can say is to see my blog I just posted re: protein shakes. Protein is essential for your hair and body, have you tried prenatal vitamins? They have all the essential vitamins + extra folic. Make sure you are also getting enough calcium. I hear that this is only temporary, but without proper nutrician along with time, you will continue to have thinning hair.
