I couldn't handle the chewables anymore. I switched to Vista vitamins that I bought on bariatric eating.com. It's about 75$ for an 8week supply but when I added up all the different chewables I was taking it cost about the same. There is an AM and PM pack and yea there are 4 to swallow, but they slide down easy with my protein drink and no taste, aftertaste, chalkiness...so worth it for me, and my skin I've noticed looks so much better, along with my nails...now if only my hair would just fall in line...lol I do take separate B12 and calcium though. I probably need to take iron but it makes me so sick. I have a check up this week with Dr. Deveney so we'll see what my labs say.  Good Luck!!
