Not morbidly obese anymore

I wanted to post this morning because I'm feeling great.  I went into a month and a half stall and have been a little depressed for a while, but this last week I dropped 4 lbs.  and when I went in to check my bmi I found that I'm now just overweight.  How exciting is that?

When I started this journey I was 329 lbs (02/07) at surgery 306 lbs (06/07) and now I'm down to 213.  I'm physically feeling better and am looking forward to more weight loss this year.  I hope everyone is doing as well.

I will post again when I have exciting (at least for me) news.

That is terrific Randy!  I bet you feel so much better - light on your feet.  You might find that losing 4 lbs. when your down where you are now is as good as losing a bit more when you were at a higher weight.  The process is still happening even if it slows down.  It's so great isn't it!!! I ditched the category of super morbidly obese.  You are really close to "normal".  Keep it up! Patty
