got my date on monday its the 16th of november

after alot of changes and lapband denied im haveing RNY laperscopicaly jay jan is my doc and ive been prepareing for this new change i walked four miles today i hope that and my diet helps me shed this meat suit and get back to a chipndales body LOL i think my goal of 220 pounds will be met soon to be the melting daddy coach george

Oh, to have the Chippendale body..........those women would just be drooling over you.......   Congratulations on your surgery date, and keep walking....it really does work.
