Hello! I am Barb, 35 and I live in Gresham, OR, too! I just got my date on Monday...LAP-Band on Nov. 9! Woo-Hoo! I am currently 279, down 3 lbs since Monday on the pre-op liquid diet. I am a 22W jeans and 22-24 top at 5'4. I cannot stand this wait!!

Hi, I'm Eliza, 31, one 18month old, also live near Gresham.  LAP-Band on Nov. 9.  :) Currently 269, no preop diet.  size 18-20 jeans, 16-18 tops  at 5'9".  Maybe I should do a preop diet...

They didn't tell you to go on a pre-op diet?? maybe it is because your BMI is lower than mine? Hmm...lucky!

I was instructed to do a pre-op diet 10 days before surgery.  So... I start mine AFTER Thanksgiving. My BMI is only 37.7 But I wear a 22/24 jeans and I'm almost 5'10... My tops are the same size or a 3X. I have to wear "talls". I carry all my weight on my upper body though.

Hey Barb, I am 33 and live in outer se portland and my surgery day weight was 279 and I am 267 now and I had lapband almost exactly a month ago.  :)
