Anyone have RNY to DS revision with Dr. Patterson?

Hello, I had a proximal RNY 6 years ago with Dr. Swanstrom.  Since then, Dr. Patterson has taken all of his patients, as he quit doing bariatrics.  Dr. Patterson actually started my initial surgery, and I like her alot.  I started off at 352 lbs. at 5'10, and got down to 195 for about a second!  I have continued to gain about 75 lbs. since then and feel nearly as horrible as the day that I had my initial surgery.  I have an appointment to see Dr. Patterson at the end of the month, to see if everything is working right, and what I can do to stop this weight gain.  Just wondering if anyone has had a revision with her.
