Hey guys, long time no post :P The best advice I can give you on getting your protein is #1, aim HIGH.   Shoot for 100g, not the 60g you hear about. #2 (don't shoot me) go to bariatriceating.com and check out the IDS protein under protein powders... I use the Vanilla cinammon ... you mix a scoop with a little cold water (2-3 oz), brew a cup of Chai tea (I like Stash's best, but Oregon chai and Tazo both make good chai tea bags) when it's done brewing you mix the tea into the cup of mixed up protein powder... tastes exactly like a Chai tea from Starbucks.  Other people mix up the powder with Big Train's SF Chai mix, but that's a little sweet for me. I also use the Matrix Chocolate and make hot cocoa, esp now that the weather is changing... you use the same trick... mix up the protein powder in a mug with 2 oz of water, using a fork, add a little more cold water or milk, then add boiling water ... you want your proportions about half/half hot to cold.  Too hot curdles the protein, yucky! I'm managing to get 2 protein drinks a day in this way.  I've definitely found that the closer I stay to 100g of protein, the faster I lose, and the less stalls I seem to have.  The only caveate is that you also need to make sure you drink a little more water, so aim for 80g instead of 64g of liquids. Unfortunately, this is experience talking, and I had to lose a LOT of hair before I gave in and started seriously supplementing. My Nut. had no problem with supplementing using drinks, as long as I was also eating healthy foods and getting enough liquids. Michele :) I'm too lazy to make a ticker, but here are my stats:  336 hw (b4 loss req'd for surgery), 310 sw, 211 tw, 125 goal
