thanks gail, i lost some weight since last appointment i mean about 30 pounds it was never that i couldnt loose it was keeping it off whithout more im real active i walk about 3 miles out on practice field during two a gays im on my feet about 6 hours and im exausted but im also looseing and the band will be my great tool

Depends on the surgeon.  You going to OHSU or Legacy?

I went home the same day but back the next for a swallow test. Very few people have to stay the night Good luck. I had surgery almost 3 years ago. It was the best thing I ever did ! Gail
