Eugene-Spflders - picnic? NEW DATE?

Well I am a newby and getting ready for my dr's appt, but would love to attend. I can make it this weekend, or next weekend on saturday, sunday is out for me. thanks! Laurie

Hi Linda FYI-I think last weekend in August (26?)is the annual get together for Oregon Bariatric Center. I can't remember if it's saturday or Sunday. Nancy

Too bad we couldn't just crash the Oregon Bariatric Center Get Together and have all the losers in one area! 

Well, it looks as though it's a no-go.  I have been trying to rent all sorts of places and they are all taken.  I suppose, if anyone is interested, we could just picnic on blankets or bring our own chairs and just have cold food to eat, but it would be nicer if we had a spot.  It is too bad that Oregon Bariatrics won't allow others to come to their group -- I'd even pay a small fee, but I guess that's out too.  Oh well, maybe see you all in September? Great effort on your part Linda............might want to play with some dates for Sept to get the ball rolling..................just a thought!

Darn  Linda,  I was looking forward to seeing everyone.  I don't know Eugene so can't add anything to the places you looked.  Maybe September is our best bet after all.  I do have a couple available weekends then!!  Thanks for trying.   Julia

I'm interested in coming down whenever it does work out.  I still need to meet lots of you!  Has anyone seen Kim Goulart lately?  I've been kind of absent on this board for a bit, so maybe just missed some posts.
