Hi all.  I realize that everyone is incredibly busy this summer and I know my home is in no shape for a bunch of folks to visit.  I was wondering, if I were to rent a picnic shelter (if one is available) would any of you want to meet for a picnic this coming Saturday or Sunday, August 18th or 19th? Washington Park in Eugene is just a block and a half from me.  The building is at about 20th and Washington Streets.  If that is taken, I thought I would try Alton Baker Park and then, as a last resort (because you have to pay to get into the park), I'd try Armitage.  Can you all come?  Let me know as soon as possible.  It will be a bit of a moot point if everyone is away on vacation or something.  I've been missing you all and would love to see you.  Plus, I want to show off my baggy pants!! Linda P.S.  If one of you who has the group email list on your computer sees this, can you email it to everyone?  I don't go back to wor****il Tuesday and I don't have our groups' email list on my home computer.

I would love to have a get together...... As long as the picnic is in the afternoon, I have no problem with either day.................

Linda,  As you know I would love to come as I miss everyone also, but Sunday is out for me.  I may be able to make it on Saturday.  My husbands brother and wife will be in town at his mothers on the weekend but we are having a dinner on Sunday, I think, so I may be able to come on Saturday.  Let me know.   Julia

How about having it the weekend of the 25th......perhaps with more notice, more people could make it, and summer would be kind of winding down. Just a thought!

How would Sunday, August 26th, work for everyone?  I have something I have to go to on the 25th, so that's out for me.  I figure we could say noon - 5:00 and anyone can pop in anytime in those hours?  Does that sound good? Linda

Linda, I will drive up to Eugene from Cave Junction for this event.  Just let us know where and I'll find it on the GPS.  That would be fun and I can go to visit my daughter while I'm there. See you then. Donna
