Jennifer Gray???
Thanks for the personal note. Yes! I am still out here. I am down about 94 lbs and have just passed my 6 month mark. I am currently in Corvallis going to school for the next 2 1/2 weeks and during the school year I find it hard to find time to post. However I do read and enjoy the posting whenever I find the time to get online.
I'm feeling great and am wearing between a size 16 and 18 pants and an XL shirt. This is such a fantastic change from wearing a 28 (almost 30) pant size and a 28-30 top.
I think I have an afternoon off coming up next week and I can't wait to go shopping in the normal clothes stores at the Woodburn outlet malls instead of the woman's size shops.
Thanks for keeping in your thoughts - you have been in mine two (even though I don't post much.
Jennifer
Hey Jennifer - it's so good to hear from you. WOW - 94 pounds! I'll bet you look super! I'm starting to save now for shopping in the regular stores. It will be nice just to go in and find something that fits. Especially at the outlet malls!! I hope you have a great time shopping. Do check back more often when school is out. We miss you.

Jennifer, You are doing so well. It is great to shop regular size stores. I shrunk out of Catherines a few months ago. Some day soon I am going to stop by the outlet stores and shop too. I have gone to Portland several times this month as my little (well not so little!) doxie had to have neurosurgery due to a herniated disk in his neck. We go back tomorrow to have his staples out. He is doing too good after surgery and needs constan****ching as he will jump, climb, dig etc. and he is not suppose to do those things. He is getting bored too. Anyway stopping with him in the car in hot weather won't work so maybe later. I am still losing but slowly. Have changed jobs so my insurance and vacation time start over so the plastic surgery will have to wait another year at least. I am so happy with my results as you must be also. Keep in touch. Julia
Julia, missed you at the support meeting Wed. was told that you went on a bike ride, how cool was that!! I see that you are doing just wonderful on your journey, I have 10 big ones to go to reach my doctors goal, I want to get to 140 but everyone thinks that is to skinny, but for now I will take what I have and love it, I feel so much better than I did 8 months ago. I went to Dr. Tersigni July 23 and lost 21lbs since April 23, he said that it is really going to slow down now and that I should lose another 15lbs by the time I see him in six months. I better get with it around here and YOU AND jENNIFER keep up the good work, you are my hero!
Chrisy
Hi Chrisy, Just in case you had the wrong idea---it was a motorcycle ride. Not good old exercise bikes!! I had planned to go to the support group up until about 3 p.m. when my husband called and said a group of the guys wanted to go to the Illahee on the bikes with the wives, so how could I turn that down! It was a beautiful ride but did miss seeing everyone. You are doing so well. Not too far from your goal! Wonderful. I really had hoped to get to mine by my birthday in September but now I hope at least by Christmas---that would be very slow and easy and that is o.k. with me. I am just enjoying the way I am now. See you next month. Julia
Hi Jennifer: What fantastic results. I know how you feel about the clothes. I am now 7 months out and 100# down, with 30 to go for goal which I hope I will reach by January 1. I cannot believe that I now am in a size 14 petite (since I am very short.) Our Jennifer is really looking good and I think she is about 117 down. Her loss has slowed down but it has been years since she looked this good, I think it was high school. Have a wonderful summer and enjoy that shopping at Woodburn. I make it a priority to slip in there on my many trips to Salem for government business. Jeanne
