Surgery scheduled for Friday!!!

I am so excited, yet nervous. Does anyone know anywhere in Salem that sells low fat gravy?  I read you can mix it withj your meats to puree, and improve taste.  I however cannot find any!!!  Thanks!!  Rhonda

I just used the lowest fat, dry package mix & splt it up into 4 containers & watered it down (just enough to cover the meat.)
