AHHHHH sssoooo anyways there it is!! am I in trouble now or what?? Thanks for the info. P.S.  give me some ideas what everyone else was eating at this stage...I have been doing malt o meal, milked down oatmeal, cream soup, etc you get the idea..I have lost 16 lbs since Monday so I must be doing something right!!  just need some positive input Thank you Christina

You have NOT screwed it up!  You are probably dealing with some head hunger and some issues with loss of food.  Your brain doesn't always know where your body is after such an invasive surgery and that is what we call head hunger.  Also it is very tempting to "push" our limit cuz that is what we are used to doing.  some suggestions to keep on track:     read your manual that they gave you in your pre op classes     post on here (great job)     don't punish yourself... we all make mistakes, we just have to get back up and get going again.     attend support groups I was able to eat yogurt, mashed potatoes, SF jello and such. Keep up the good work. 16 pounds is great! Tara
