Ticker tape????

Hi, I see all these great ticker tapes with dragonfly's and all other designs that indicate weight loss. How do I get one of these on my topics and replies?  I would love to have some sort of tracking so that I can visually see that I'm working to lose weight. Can anyone help and send me directions?
