Plastic Surgery

Has anyone had any experience with Medicare for reconstructive surgery? I am experiencing skin rashes and have excessive back pain from the skin flap in my abdomen.  I understand that they will provide coverage if it is medically necessary.  I just need to know where to start and I want to get things ready because I will need corrective surgery soon.  Thanks in advance.  Nancy

No medicare experience here.  Have you tried over on the plastic surgery forum?  There may be more folks there who have had medicare experience. Linda
