Surgery went well

Got home yesterday and everything is mostly going well, wishing I could get rid of that painful abdominal gas..any suggestions..have tried walking..and walking..so the journey has officially started..anyone know how to get that tickler that folks have on their signatures..take care..ron

I'm glad that your surgery went well. You may wish to try some chewable Gas-X for the gas pain as well as a heating pad. You can create your own weight loss ticker at either www.tickerfactory.com or www.tickercentral.com.

Hi Ron,  I used gas ex strips but I was miserable for days.  Then I took milk of mag and it seemed to get things...everything.... moving. Good luck!!!
