I just returned from the hospital. Tests have ruled out cancer, thank goodness. She is having trouble with her esophagus and cannot swallow anything but liquids. I'm not sure how long she will be there, but wanted to let everyone know that cancer is ruled out!

So, talking behind my back, eh? We decided to get into the motorhome and just find somewhere for a day or two. You can imagine we both were feeling overwhelmed and still in shock. So, we sought diversion and found it in spades. First, all details will be reorted at the next breakfast. For now, know the motorhome caught fire and we are in a hotel in Northern Washington working with all those you would expect need to be involved. Lots of diversion! We are fine. Motorhome, not so much. Amazingly little damage as we had angels looking out for us and the fire was being put out before we even knew it was there! Anyway, thanks for your prayers and good thoughts. I know it seems like a lot of really bad luck, and it is but, when you have so many blessings in your life, you gotta figure it will be your turn once in a while. Take care and go check your fire alarms and replace your fire extinquishers right now. xxoxoo tee

Enough of this, I say! I am so glad that you and Gee are okay. I am also glad that Joe and I didn't borrow the motor home!

I don't know what we would have done in the same cir****tances. Just get your little body back home, safe and sound. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help. HUGS!!!!! Joy

The saga continues and luck, again, on my side. I am an asthmatic. I had been steroids after the second surgery. I stopped them yesterday per plan. Today, I disintigrated and ended up in ER for a few hours. *the prenosone had been protective after exposure to all the chemicals and residuals every time I went into the motorhome for something. *off prednosone, I was overusing albuterol and crashed. *IV prednosone, another short course, a bit of hydration and a Z pak (caught early infection before big problem developed) and I live to celebrate my luck.

OH, and I had fall getting out of the MH fire, and have dental fractures on my front teeth. So, new front teeth, I guess. Will my winning streak ever end? I need a big hug from a small Sicilian. see you guys soon, I hope. tee
