Kaiser, Social worker and nutrionist

I am going back to see the social worker and nutrionist soon after accomplishing goals they set for me to do. Does anyone have any advise or history with what to expect on the follow up visit. Thanks, Brenda

Sorry I do not have any advice for you as I am just starting the process and haven't even been to the group meeting yet. But I just wanted to say Way To Go on meeting the goals they had set for you. That is obviously a step in the right direction.
