Hi there Ron!  I too am having surgery on Friday and my surgeon is Jay Jan.  I was originally suppose to be with Dr. Hong but he left.  I am meeting Dr. Jan today for the first time.  I am getting nervous too.  Not so much about the surgical procedure but the anasthesia .  I hope all goes smoothly for you.   See you on the losing side! Hi, Ron, I am a nurse too....I think that it makes it harder to come to the decision to have surgery.  But it is soooo worth it!!! It is a walk in the park compared to some procedures.  The great thing is that you are almost on your way..... good luck to you!

I to had Dr Jan and I just loved him. I am 4 months out and down almost 60 lbs I am very happy with my choice and would recomend it in a heart beat. Of corse its a personal choice and not to be taken lightly as you already know. We get togather for breakfast every once in a while so please watch the site and join us some time it is very helpful to meet face to face
