big wow moment for me
I usually consume 1200 calories a day. I have been eating alot of lean cuisine or those lean budget gourmets. I don't drink alot of those protien drinks, they do not agree with me. I work out 3x a week with a personal trainer at LA Fitness, and I work out on my own usually 2x a week.
I usually go to the support group meeting at Kaiser sunnyside on the last Saturday of the month.
