ok i got on the scale today..... under 250! i cant belive it

I am so excited! I got on the scale today and I was under 250 lbs! now of corse I feel like it is very slow but I have not been under 250 in years. I am feeling great. no more complications. I can eat easier some days than others but still eat just fine. I have to admitt my hair is falling out more what causes that anyway? the only struggle is remembering to take my vitamins. I have tryed several things but have not got it down pat yet. but I know its inportant so I will find the answer. hey guys how do you get this thing to make a ticker tape like I see on all of your posts! I really want one. Im going to get someone to help me take pictures today so I can update. I miss you all seems like a long time sence we have had breakfast. summer seems to keep us awfully busy. Yeah Kelly! I'm looking forward to passing some of those milestones myself. My surgery seemed so far off, but now it's just next month! Well, the end of next month, but I'm still getting excited. To get a ticker, you go to tickerfactory.com and make one that you like. Then on the left, you will see user settings for your account. Your signature block will appear when you click on that (below your picture settings). Paste your ticker in the signature block. It took me a couple of tries to make it work, but you can do it. There's a tutorial somewhere that tells you how, but I can't find it at the moment. Again, Congratulations to you! Can't wait to join you on the loser's bench.
